YES! Always travelling, in fact that’s what I love most about this job. HER is available to travel anywhere she is needed, interstate and international included.

DO I NEED A BRIDAL TRIAL?

Whilst it's not compulsory to have a bridal trial, I highly recommend one! This is a great way to determine the best style of look for yourself and make any adjustments based on your feedback prior to the day. It's also a great way for us to connect and meet each other, as I will be spending a big chunk of your day with you! I recommend having a trial no sooner than 6 months before the wedding.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?

Your exact travel fee is calculated using a number of different factors such as distance, petrol, toll road fares, wear and tear on car, time packing and unpacking work station, and revenue lost during travel time. A travel surcharge is necessary in order for a mobile service to be feasible, thus a minimum travel fee is charged to all locations.

WHY IS BRIDAL MAKEUP MORE expensive?

Not only does the makeup itself require more time, preparation, and products, but you are receiving months of ongoing communication and support in the lead up to your wedding day. Your wedding vendors are cementing their work roster 1-2 years in advance, which requires a great deal of sacrifice in respect to personal commitments.  Unlike event makeup, bridal makeup means operating outside of traditional working hours, completing out of scope tasks, and investing more energy into every detail of your day. This, combined with increased responsibility and admin play a factor in the inflated cost. HER makeup artistry prices reflect her demand, quality of work, and allow Court to block off entire days so that she can remain on location until you leave.

DO YOU OFFER reception TOUCH UPS?

YES! Reception touch-ups are offered as an additional service with HER. While touch-ups are generally not required, as our makeup is formulated and applied to last for up to 12+ hours, they may be beneficial for those looking to refresh their look or address specific skin concerns, such as excessive oiliness.

Please note that touch-up kits are also gifted.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MAKEUP?

Please make sure to wash your face thoroughly, free of any products, as I’ll take care of all the skin prep. Don’t forget to brush your teeth beforehand! If possible, eat beforehand as well. I also recommend gently exfoliating 2-3 days prior to your appointment and using hydrating products leading up to the day.
